ApacheCon EU, in Amsterdam, just finished, and it was a great conference. I didn’t get very many recordings done, and those I did were all on the last day. So you should hear those in the upcoming weeks.
ApacheCon Asia is going to be in Hong Kong later this year. I speak with J. Aaron Farr about the conference, and about the reasons to come to Hong Kong.
The recording is 7 minutes, 10MB, and is here.

Hey guys,
I’ve held off whining about this for a while thinking maybe you’d coordinate over time. The ID tags in the mp3 files are really all over the place, which makes it tricky to find them in a collection such as itunes.

Perhaps some agreement on what album, genre, track name format would help a bit. Otherwise it’s always interesting to hear ASF people’s opinions and insights.
And I’m glad to hear that ApacheCon EU worked out well, but sad to have missed it, again.

Thanks for the feedback.
We’re talking about trying to synchronise things a bit better for the tags.
